The company is focused on investments in commercial properties and debt.
INVESTMENT FOCUS
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
Our commercial property investment strategies target properties that fall across the spectrum from opportunistic to core+ return profiles. We are primarily focused on industrial, retail and multifamily properties. Preference is given to properties with existing in place cash flows.
DEBT
Our debt business is focused on investments in commercial property related debt. We have the ability to invest in distressed loans, non-performing loans, performing loans or loan portfolios as well as lender foreclosed REO properties.
