We have acquired over $550 million in transaction value and over 3.5 million square feet of commercial property with a primary focus on retail shopping centers located across the United States. In addition to acquiring commercial property, the firm looks to acquire commercial property related debt.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
Our commercial property investment strategy falls across the spectrum from opportunistic to core+ return profiles. We are primarily targeting retail shopping centers in growing and stable markets in the United States. We also invest in industrial, multi-family and office.
DEBT
Our debt business is focused on investments in commercial property related debt. We have the ability to invest in distressed loans, non-performing loans, performing loans or loan portfolios as well as lender foreclosed REO properties.
